No. You share a secure link and your client opens it directly in their browser — no account, no installation needed. You have full control over access and can revoke any link at any time.

Can the platform be used without a subscription?

Yes. The pay-per-project option lets you publish a point cloud and host the viewer for 2 months, with no subscription. Ideal for one-off needs or to discover the platform without commitment.

What is the maximum file size?

The platform accepts files up to 40 GB based on your plan (10 GB on STANDARD 10, 20 GB on STANDARD 20, 40 GB on STANDARD 50 and pay-per-project). For larger files, it is advisable to split them by area or compress to LAZ format before importing.

Where is my data hosted?

Your files and point clouds are hosted exclusively in France on secure servers, ensuring data sovereignty and GDPR compliance.

How long does it take to convert a point cloud?

From a few seconds for a small survey to about an hour for the largest point clouds. Conversion runs in the background: you're notified as soon as the 3D viewer is ready, no need to stay at your screen.

Do I need to prepare my file before uploading?

No. Upload your file straight out of your processing software (LAS, LAZ, E57, PTS…). The platform handles web optimization. For very large files, compressing to LAZ simply speeds up the upload.

Can my client take measurements in the viewer?

Yes. The viewer includes measurement, cross-section and annotation tools right in the browser. Your client explores and analyzes the point cloud with no software to install.
