Pay-per-project (one-shot) is ideal for occasional needs: you pay once to convert a file and host it for 2 months. A subscription suits regular usage: it includes 10 to 50 conversions per month depending on the plan, dedicated cloud storage (10 to 50 GB), and unlimited hosting as long as the subscription is active.
Yes. You can switch between Essentials, Pro and Studio at any time from the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are possible as long as your current usage fits within the new quota.
Yes, subscriptions include 10, 20 or 50 conversions per month depending on the chosen plan (10 GB / 20 GB / 50 GB). Each plan also caps the maximum file size: 10 GB / 20 GB / 40 GB respectively. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Pay-per-project conversions do not count toward this quota.
You won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Your existing viewers remain accessible.
Yes. Before expiration (or in the days leading up to it), an "Extend hosting" button appears on your viewer. You can add 1 to 12 additional months via a one-shot payment (between €1 and €5/month depending on file size).
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your viewers have a 7-day grace period before being archived. Your data is not immediately deleted: you can reactivate your subscription to restore access.
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code — All prices shown are net prices (final amounts to pay, without VAT). Rates may change if the provider switches to the standard VAT regime.
